Hi, I am Jennifer. My business and career are testaments to my love for serving others as a positive force for helping people grow, change, accomplish goals, and implement long-term business solutions.

For the last 25 years, I’ve been dedicated to people development and performance. I’ve enjoyed serving in roles as a University Career Counselor, Learning & Development Partner, Talent Development Manager, Curriculum Designer, Engagement/Culture Coach, Speaker, HR Manager, and Business Consultant.

I’ve had extensive experience working with banks, insurance companies, pharma, manufacturing, professional associations, and state government.

I am also a proud veteran of the US Air Force. I joined the military when I was 18 so I could pay my way through college. Serving in the US Air Force for six years was an honor and has positively shaped my life. 

My goal is to help people become more effective leaders, authentic communicators, and trusted teammates so they can accomplish their business and personal goals.
